By accessing or using Rejuvva, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the application.
Permission is granted to use Rejuvva for personal, non-commercial use subject to the terms outlined herein. This license does not include modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the application.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the application in compliance with applicable laws.
Rejuvva may offer optional subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your app store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings at any time.
All content, features, and functionality of Rejuvva — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are the property of AITech Spaces or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITech Spaces and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application, including any reliance on AI-generated content.
Your use of Rejuvva is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how it is used, and the third-party AI services that power specific features.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of Rejuvva constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
