Diary entries (optional): skin condition notes, product usage, lifestyle observations
Voice entries (optional): voice recordings transcribed to fill your skin diary
Selfie images (optional): photos submitted for AI skin analysis
Free-text inputs: any additional context you voluntarily provide for personalized analysis

Automatically Collected Data

Usage data: features accessed, session duration, and interaction patterns
Device data: device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
Diagnostic data: crash reports and performance logs

3. Third-Party AI Services

Rejuvva uses third-party AI providers to deliver its core personalization features. Data is transmitted to these services solely to generate responses for you — it is never sold, used for advertising, or retained by these providers for their own model training under our agreements. Before you first use any AI-powered feature, the app asks for your explicit consent and discloses this data sharing.

OpenAI — Skin Analysis, Routine Generation & Product Scanning

OpenAI powers Rejuvva's skin analysis engine, personalized routine builder, product recommendations, and product ingredient scanning. The following data may be included in requests sent to OpenAI:

Skin profile attributes: skin type, skin concern, skin goal, age, gender, budget
Your skincare routines (names, descriptions, categories, timings, product names)
Product information (name, brand, category, short description)
Product label photos you scan (image data), used to extract the ingredient list
Optional diary entries, only when you explicitly request diary-based analysis
The URL of a submitted selfie (selfie image bytes are never transmitted — only the URL reference is sent as text)
Voice entry transcripts, as a fallback when our primary voice service is unavailable
Any free-text context you provide to personalize the analysis

What is NEVER sent to OpenAI: your name, email address, or account ID. Selfie images are never transmitted as image data — only a URL reference.

Google Gemini — AI Derm Chat & Voice Entry

Google Gemini powers Rejuvva's in-app AI assistant (AI Derm chat) and voice diary entry. The following data may be included in prompts sent to Google Gemini:

Skin profile attributes: skin type, skin concern, skin goal, age, gender
Your current chat message
Up to the last 5 messages in the conversation (for contextual continuity)
Voice entry transcripts, when you use the voice fill feature

What is NEVER sent to Google Gemini: your name, email address, account ID, diary entries, or images.

SearchAPI — Product Search

SearchAPI is used to retrieve publicly available product information when our own database has limited results for your search. Only your product search terms are sent — no name, email, account identifiers, or profile data is included in any SearchAPI request.

Firecrawl — Product Page Retrieval

Firecrawl is used to retrieve ingredient information from public product webpages when you view a product we haven't yet catalogued. Only the product page URL is sent — no personal data or user identifiers are included.

4. How We Use Your Information

To deliver and personalize core app features (skin analysis, routine suggestions, product recommendations, ingredient scanning)
To power the in-app conversational AI assistant and voice entry
To maintain and improve application performance
To respond to customer support requests
To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the services described in this policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app or by contacting us at info@aitechspaces.co.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. All data transmitted to third-party AI providers is sent over encrypted connections (TLS). While we take reasonable precautions, no transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Rejuvva is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@aitechspaces.co and we will take steps to remove that data promptly.
